Teian Consulting International Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based consulting firm established in 1993. The firm focuses on helping organisations improve productivity performance, strengthen management systems and integrate sustainability into their operational practices.

Director & Principal Consultant

Kelvin Chan is the Director and Principal Consultant of Teian Consulting International Pte Ltd. He is a management consultant, adult educator and business coach with more than 35 years of experience in consulting, training and organisational capability development.

Over the course of his career, Kelvin has worked extensively with organisations in the public, private and non-profit sectors, helping them improve productivity performance, strengthen management systems and implement sustainable operational practices.

Professional Background

Kelvin began his career as a design engineer before joining the National Productivity Board (Singapore), where he worked as a consultant promoting productivity improvement techniques and management practices. In 1993, he founded Teian Consulting International to provide consulting and training services in productivity improvement and management systems development.

International Consulting Experience

Kelvin has served as a Technical Expert and Resource Person for the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) since 1995. His international work has included consulting, training and capacity-building programmes in countries such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Iran, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa and Colombia.

Academic Roles

Kelvin is an Associate Faculty member at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), where he teaches courses related to productivity management and organisational improvement.
